UGS have supplied the construction industry for over 10 years. They serve contractors, house builders and the general public nationwide. They also have specialist divisions covering product areas such as drainage and civil engineering, timber, hard landscaping, channel and access, reinforcements and chemicals, storm attenuation and pressure pipelines.
The Challenge:
UGS was in need of a management tool to help accurately measure operational effectiveness. They wanted a system that could highlight areas of improvement while providing visibility to their fleet. Increasing productivity and providing better customer service were also goals.

UGS have greatly increased productivity. They have seen great cost savings as they are now able to make at least 4 extra deliveries per day. The scheduled Reports enable management to receive an e-mail with daily delivery times and locations which has saved much administration time.
