Increased Productivity and Efficiency E. Nicholson & Sons (Metals) Ltd. was established in 1960 as a scrap metal processor to supply the heavy steel industry in the West coast of Scotland. Various divisions have been formed to specialise in demolition, dismantling, site clearance, plant and skip hire. Operating from the Glasgow North area, they provide services throughout Scotland.

E. Nicholson & Sons was looking to improve operational efficiencies. They wanted to save time throughout the day by reducing vehicle down time. They also needed to better monitor their vehicles and eliminate unauthorised use.

By improving productivity and efficiencies, they have seen fantastic savings in overtime costs. They have reduced vehicle mileage through providing drivers with more direct routes. Personal vehicle use can now be minimized and monitored.
