UGS is a leading distributor for the supply of underground drainage and civil engineering materials. They have been supplying the construction industry for over 15 years. They serve contractors, house builders and the general public nationwide. They also have specialist divisions covering product areas such as drainage and civil engineering, timber, hard landscaping, channel and access, reinforcements and chemicals, storm attenuation and pressure pipelines.

The Challenges

UGS was in need of a fleet tracking management tool to help accurately measure operational effectiveness. They wanted a system that could highlight areas of improvement while providing visibility to their fleet. Increasing productivity and providing better customer service were also goals.
